For support coordinators and referrers
Refer once. Don't chase.
You carry the risk of every referral you make. When a provider drops the ball, it is your phone that rings and your relationship with the family that wears it. Assist 4 You is built to be the referral you do not have to manage: reliable, communicative, and genuinely engaged with younger participants and mentorship-style support.
What you can rely on
The basics, done every time.
Follow-through
If we commit to a shift, we are there. No quiet drop-offs, no shifts filled by a stranger. The reliability your participant needs is the reliability you can promise the family.
The same worker, every time
One consistent mentor who learns the participant and stays. No rotating roster undoing the rapport you worked to establish.
Communication you don't chase
Session notes land before you follow up. When something changes, you hear about it. Low management burden is the whole point.
Boundaries done properly
We hold clear, consistent boundaries and follow through, rather than bribing for compliance. Behaviour managed through consistency, not sugar.
Who we are the right fit for
So you can refer well.
We would rather tell you straight when we are not the right fit than take a referral we cannot serve well. Here is where we are at our strongest.
- Children, teens and young adults with autism and intellectual disability
- Community access and mentorship-style support, not high-volume hours-filling
- Participants who disengage under passive supervision and respond to real engagement
- Sydney suburbs where we can keep the same mentor on the participant
For BSPs, OTs and allied health
We turn your plan into what happens on a Tuesday.
Strategies only work when they are applied consistently, in real environments, by someone who is actually there week after week. We reinforce behaviour support and therapy goals outside the session: the same approach, repeated, in the community where it has to hold. You set the direction. We do the patient, consistent implementation that makes it stick.
How to refer
A short note is enough to start.
Send through the participant's situation, their age and goals, and what has not been working. We come back fast and tell you honestly whether we are a fit. If we are, we arrange an intake conversation with the family and keep you in the loop from there.
- 1
Tell us the participant's age, goals and what has broken down
- 2
We confirm fit and service area, honestly, within one business day
- 3
We meet the family, plan a first session, and keep you updated
